I Did not have a great experience. The lady with the glasses at the front desk who was (heavy set ) was rude. After I finished my test she rushed to have me sign a document that I wanted to read first, and proceeded to question me as to why I was reading the document. After I signed it she asked rudely was the document signed. Would definitely not go back for any circumstance. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this experience ruined my day.

While the customer service was great (from the front desk, to the nurse and even the PA), the PA totally misdiagnosed my partner. We both came in with a bad cold and cough and she diagnosed him without a chest x-ray as having pneumonia. She also gave me antibiotics because I was "exposed" to it. It turns out he had bronchitis and needed totally different medicine then what she gave him to get better a lot quicker. She should have told both of us to get a chest x-ray asap. horrible people, they make you wait for almost 2 hours then tell you they can't help and don't know what to do AFTER a failed attempt that made the issue worse, they can't do the simplest thing imaginable, and treat you rudely the whole time. they could have told me they couldn't before making me wait. UPDATE : Went to silver cross and they fixed the issue within 1 minuet of talking to the care providers because they actually listen to the patient instead of trying to argue and say i'm wrong.

The lady at the front desk (Hispanic heavy set) was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I basically had to do coach her in her own job on a drug test I had to do for my employer. Not only did I have to coach her she lied about them being opened( they close early if they are "short"). Go to another urgent care.
Was signed up for an appointment and had to wait over an hr past my appointment time. What's the point of appointments? Was told by the front desk, at some point, I'll be up to be seen. I told her I just need my shoulder checked so I can go back to work. She went back to watching something on her phone. Dr. Seems like she just gets the info and goes with what ever I say. No opinion or advice. What's the point of this place?
Got there by 7:30 was told they couldn't see me. The open sign was on. It the sign on the door said 8 then you should see all that come in until 8
Front office lady rolled her eyes when I said I had no paperwork even tho I was never given paperwork. It took me 2 minutes on my phone to fill everything out. Then I had to fill it out again because she couldn't figure it out. It took 2 hours to take a simple drug test and the place wasn't busy. Very Very Very SLOW
I made an appointment a day in advance for 1pm the following day. We arrived on time, and I had already pre-checked in online with all of our information prior to arriving. When we got there, the front desk woman informed me they were doing "telehealth" and asked if I was okay with that. I responded, "Okay, will the doctor be able to still check inside my daughter's ears?" She responded that yes, the doctor would see through a camera. The reception lady and the doctor are good, but there was a nurse that tried to get a blood sample and she clearly had no idea what she was doing lol. she tried to get it into the tube but she didn't know how so after a minute she got a different piece of plastic and scraped out some remaining blood from my finger and left the room. who knows what she did with it then. and she left me with the bloody bandages to throw away which isn't a huge deal but idk. so yeah do with this what you will good luck
