Where do I even begin? Waiting forever when I was the only person in the place AND made an appointment. Or the fact that when I finally did see an NP she was barely in the room for two minutes. Then I see her recording our whole conversation on her iPad without disclosing to me that I am Being recorded. I could have let all this go if they had actually helped me but that was not the case. First time and last time coming to this location for sure...how do you have appointments open for pretty much for hours and then we pick one and wait for over an hour to be seen??? No one was at the front desk for 20min when there was a line. Hospitality terrible. Go ANYWHERE other than here. Unless you have hours to waste.

I work in healthcare and I try to be understanding but this place is beyond strange. Nobody is ever at the front to check people in. You sit there wondering if anyone is there but you can see people on their phones just ignoring people in the waiting area. The fake nails that are all grown out and not wearing gloves is beyond GROSS. You are dealing with super sick people and babies? Fake nails that long are beyond disgusting and not permitted but who am I. This place also will run a bunch of extra tests just to charge insura... read more

I Did not have a great experience. The lady with the glasses at the front desk who was (heavy set ) was rude. After I finished my test she rushed to have me sign a document that I wanted to read first, and proceeded to question me as to why I was reading the document. After I signed it she asked rudely was the document signed. Would definitely not go back for any circumstance. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this experience ruined my day.

While the customer service was great (from the front desk, to the nurse and even the PA), the PA totally misdiagnosed my partner. We both came in with a bad cold and cough and she diagnosed him without a chest x-ray as having pneumonia. She also gave me antibiotics because I was "exposed" to it. It turns out he had bronchitis and needed totally different medicine then what she gave him to get better a lot quicker. She should have told both of us to get a chest x-ray asap. horrible people, they make you wait for almost 2 hours then tell you they can't help and don't know what to do AFTER a failed attempt that made the issue worse, they can't do the simplest thing imaginable, and treat you rudely the whole time. they could have told me they couldn't before making me wait. UPDATE : Went to silver cross and they fixed the issue within 1 minuet of talking to the care providers because they actually listen to the patient instead of trying to argue and say i'm wrong.

The lady at the front desk (Hispanic heavy set) was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I basically had to do coach her in her own job on a drug test I had to do for my employer. Not only did I have to coach her she lied about them being opened( they close early if they are "short"). Go to another urgent care.

Was signed up for an appointment and had to wait over an hr past my appointment time. What's the point of appointments? Was told by the front desk, at some point, I'll be up to be seen. I told her I just need my shoulder checked so I can go back to work. She went back to watching something on her phone. Dr. Seems like she just gets the info and goes with what ever I say. No opinion or advice. What's the point of this place?

Got there by 7:30 was told they couldn't see me. The open sign was on. It the sign on the door said 8 then you should see all that come in until 8
