Horrible experience. The wait time was almost an hour and a half with one person being seen in front of me. The doctor was not only rude but misdiagnosed me as well and had a ton of tests run. When they followed up I suggested a couple things I had researched on my own based on how I was feeling and she basically told me I didn't know what I was taking about. I called back to see if they would call in an antibiotic because an OTC was helping and they refused. I went back and forth for a couple of minutes to no avail. D... read more

I called at 7:58 I understand they close at 8 but said I'd be there at 8:01 with my two year old and asked if they'd keep the door open. The lady at the front said we won't lock it I get there and I could see the lady behind the curtain right after she locked the door in front of me! I understand closing on time and wanting to go home but don't tell me 3 min before you will stay open! RUDE service and this isn't the first time at this location. I tell them I don't feel well and I have 3 littel kids... This was in January, but just saw that I could post a review... The doctor oncall tells me that perhaps I need to take more iron in my diet ~ HUH? And decides to draw blood. It is ridiculous to me, but i oblige. About 2 weeks late, I go to Urgent Care at Walgreens ~ I have STREP with a sinus infection.

Well I am truly appalled. Let me preface this by explaining that I am a first time mom. My baby is 10 months old and we took her here after 1 1/2 weeks of trying treat red bumps under her eye, in the corner of her eye and on the eyelid. Brought her in, staff was friendly enough. Got in the room. Clean. Met the doctor, nice enough, thorough. Then it happened. They wanted to check the little one's ears (standard procedure). The doctor was uncaring and extremely ignorant. She treated me like I was not human. They recently started accepting Medicaid. My mother had desperately been searching for a place to get x-rays done for my back that accepts it and found out they did. I was very hopeful. This woman gave me a panic attack. Full blown. I have a severe mental illness and started naming my medications. When it came down to my Bipolar medication, she said in a very rude tone "what's that? How do you even spell that?" the worst doctor experience i have ever had. my son had a possible wrist fracture, and had 3 different doctors look at it and they could not agree on which part of the hand/wrist was fractured. i went somewhere else and the doctor knew in 2 seconds by looking at the same xrays as the other 3 doctors looked at.
