I made an appointment a day in advance for 1pm the following day. We arrived on time, and I had already pre-checked in online with all of our information prior to arriving. When we got there, the front desk woman informed me they were doing "telehealth" and asked if I was okay with that. I responded, "Okay, will the doctor be able to still check inside my daughter's ears?" She responded that yes, the doctor would see through a camera. The reception lady and the doctor are good, but there was a nurse that tried to get a blood sample and she clearly had no idea what she was doing lol. she tried to get it into the tube but she didn't know how so after a minute she got a different piece of plastic and scraped out some remaining blood from my finger and left the room. who knows what she did with it then. and she left me with the bloody bandages to throw away which isn't a huge deal but idk. so yeah do with this what you will good luck
I went in extremely sick. They gave me a covid and strep test, which both came back negative. After that they decided to give me no diagnosis and said they would prescribe some medicine to help. They prescribed allergy medicine and coughing pearls, which I knew would not help at all. So I decided to go to a different doctor the next day. they had a ton of appointments open online. I booked one, registered online and showed up 30 minutes early. An hour past my scheduled appointment I walked out never to return. If I let clients wait over an hour I wouldnt be in business. No physician here either, you will be seen by a nurse.
The worst immediate care in the area. Be prepared to upload the same documents 4x. Plus they make you schedule an appointment just to make you wait even longer. Front desk staff couldn't be any worse... avoid this place at all cost.
Waited over 2 hours for an appt in my car. The whole point of the appt is to get there on time lol there's no need to wait over 2 whole hours in my car . Wasting my time. I can't waste their time but they can waste mine?
I recently recieved a Covid Booster shot which made me ill and my employer sent me to this location to confirm my symptoms. I was first seen by a nurse who took my temperature and blood pressure. After that there was no further examination of me done. The "physician" who saw me after the nurse was more than appropriately named Karen. Called in advance to inquire about being able to walk in for a sports physical for my son. They said I could walk in today as long as I arrived before 7:15. I arrived at 7:10 and they refused us. Said they are no longer taking walk ins for the day Only appointments for tomorrow.
