Not pleased at all with this place! I couldn't get to my normal doctor so I came here thinking it would be quick and easy. First thing I was asked for was for my issuance and my credit card. I came in for your average cold. I was in there in 5 minutes I was there for a total of maybe 10 minutes talking to a physician. I get a bill in the mail a week later for 400 after my issuance has paid. Are you serious ?! $150 for the doctor to see me for literally 60 seconds, flat ?! What the ! And the girl at the front desk, yeah she has no clue what she is talking about, nor does she know how to act professional. Ugh. AND he didn't seem to know what he's talking about ?! Never. Again. I rather go to Silver.
Deceptive billing practices!!!! I agree that the staff is professional and the service is quick, but the charges are bogus. My daughter received 4 stitches in her foot and they billed my insurance over $1,100!! Among the fraudulent charges is a $75 upcharge for evening/weekend hours which I wasn't made aware of (isn't the bulk of their business evening and weekends?) and a $30 "access fee" (basically a charge just because they exist).
