They take forever appointment for a simple physical and they take an hour over the original 5:00 appointment
Scheduled a last minute appointment on a Sunday after suffering all week with a sinus infection. I was trying to wait it out to contact my normal doctor but I couldn't wait another day. It was a 2 hour wait, ok no problem. Got into a room at the 2 hour mark and then waited another hour for the nurse to come in. New Lenox location Poor service,Rude desk staff! Understaffed only one nurse PA available.Had to wait 2 hours to be attended.Take your business elsewhere.
It took them two hrs and half to do basically nothing. Don't come here, their super nice but it take very long to just even get in the dr office and then you have to sit and wait for your results.
I was seen at the New Lenox location on 9/17/2022. I had sore throat and body Aches. The first test was covid and came back negative. The nurse practitioner came in and gave me a lecture about prescribing too much anti biotics is making the drugs ineffective. Then he said its a virus and he cannot do anything but take Motrin. After going back and forth he gave me steroids for my throat. After taking the drugs the symptoms went away but came back couple of days after finishing hte drugs. I was seen at the New Lenox facility on August 19th. I had scheduled an appointment time of 11:20 am. I arrived early with symptoms of shortness of breath, chest wall/rib pain, severe nonproductive cough, sore throat/ear pain, sinus congestion, along with other upper respiratory symptoms not uncommon for asthmatics (20+ year history). This building is so unprofessional. I came in with a form for a drug screening followed by about 7 other people. The lady at the desk served each and other person before checking me in for my drug screening and then gave me a hard time about the screening saying she didn't know what the form was. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor will I be using the facility again.
I'd give a zero if i could. I showed up there at 7:00pm and was told their appointments exceed their hours so i could not be seen. Pretty sure it's a walk in clinic. Online said walk in wait time is 15-25 minutes and they close at 8!!!!! Never again Not to mention when i called the girl told me the wait time was over an hour yet Frankfort told me New Lenox wait was 15-25 min along with online saying 15-25 min. Update... We are sorry for your long wait time. Unfortunately, the wait times at an urgent care, like Physicians Immediate Care, can occasionally be unpredictable. This is because of the nature of the service being provided. The severity of each patient's sickness or injury differs, making some encounters longer than others and also forces the medical staff to triage patients based on their medical needs if we have a trauma patient that requires immediate attention.
Insurance co was accepted here but they failed to inform me that I still had to pay for c-19 testing on my own. Would not send it thru my insurance co. Never sent itemized bill, just a $670.00 bill, for 2 separate visits. Also different prices for same medical code. Not the friendliest staff, I get it was busy but no excuse in my book.
