My first experience/visit was done in a very timely manor...Waited about 5 minutes if that to get in after filling out 2 pieces of paper and that was it. Very nice, warm friendly staff. I will go back there if need be again:o) Keep up the fantastic job! Wonderful place to visit. So far so good with the insurance I pay no co=ay with my insurance so a penny saved is a penny earned and I am liking that.
I was suffering from a really bad rash on my forehead and needed to take care of it right away. I was looking on the internet for some place to go to where you didn't need insurance and could pay with cash or credit card. So I went to Physicians Immediate Care in New Lenox. I was having flu symptoms and the doctor was so nice and prescribed some medicine for me. It was perfect I was better in 2 days. the facility is really nice and clean.
I was fighting a respiratory infection and my asthma was kicking in. I was in the area and stopped in. Very courteous and quick, I filled out paperwork since I have never been there. I turned it in and got called right away. Nurse took my stats and said I will let Jim know. I was like okay. Well the doctor came in and it was Jim. That is how he introduced himself to me. Got right in with no appointment needed. Very professional staff and fully equipped. The doctor even called me the following day to check up on my well being!
The medical care was great. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the woman working at the front desk was not knowledgeable or helpful. They would not help me until I had a physical copy of my insurance card and when I brought them one, they filed the insurance wrong and sent me a bill for 400 dollars.
I burned my leg on my motorcycle, and I went there, I have never been to one of these type of places before, I was very surprised , Minimal paperwork, no wait, less then ten minutes, after what I thought was great service by the doctor, I had to come back in a couple of days, no appointment needed just walk in, it's a great place if your hurt and want to be taken care of quickly.
This place sucks, double charged for 1 visit and I've been fighting them for months for a refund. Wouldn't go back here if it was free.
Be prepared to wait. I made a Saturday noon appointment online. Every slot in 10 minute increments was available. At 12:55 I'm still waiting to be seen. Ignorant and rude. My time is valuable as well as yours. At least set expectations
