This place make you wait and wait. Even if you have an appointment, they will continue to push you string you along telling you that you are next but you will just continue to sit. Waste of my life

I came in on a Saturday, Aug 1st around 10:30am, I gave them two stars for the check in process which was really efficient! They do an initial screening and send you a link to fill in all your info. That part was great, unfortunately they are very slow administratively. As they were seeing other patients, they made a point to tell me they were waiting on the front desk. Doctors care about putting you back to work and not your health. I went here for immediate care because I didn't want to go to the ER because of covid19. The safety steps for covid19 were great but that's all the positives this place has. They took an X-ray (is what I mainly went there for) and came back negative. This was an at work knee injury and I could hardly walk so I needed to make sure nothing was broken. I am giving them 2 stars as staff was nice. I came in very sick. Clearly miserable and not well. After a flu and strep test coming back negative, I was told it was a cold, take some Sudafed and pretty much good luck. After two days of only getting worse, I had to go to another urgent care. They were exceptional. A chest x-ray later it was determined I had pneumonia. Apparently the bronchitis I had turned into pneumonia. Thank goodness I went somewhere else and got the great care I needed.

Went to physicians immediate care for my son yesterday. He'd been sick a few days fever and cough. I wasn't going to leave a review except for the fact that I can't help noticing the staff is not properly trained on swabbing for flu or strep. I was very disappointed in the way "Eddie" handled the swabbing for my son. He definitely doesn't know what he's doing and a patient should never be left crying/gagging/gasping for air after any swab. I brought my 3 year old in for nasty cough! The doctor seemed to do unnecessary tests! There was only a few people there and the wait was close to 3 hours! The staff didn't seem too friendly and not too great with making my child feel comfortable! They also put us in a room for kids with uncovered outlets! Which seems very dangerous when kids are in a room!

This place is a joke!!! Don't go here unless you want them to charge you debit card without your authorization and without ever sending you a bill. Yes, that's exactly what they did to me and it's wrong. WARNING DON'T EVER GO TO PHYSICIANS IMMEDIATE CARE!!!! Don't give them your debit card to make a copy that's what they do to everyone that goes there and then they decide to take the money from your card on file without your authorization and without ever sending you a bill. Don't go here!!!

I went here in March for a sinus infection. They gave me a flu test and a prescription for a bunch of meds. The meds did not work and I ended up using Teladoc for another appointment two weeks later, which actually saved me money. My bill after insurance was over $200 (without the medication cost). My insurance is really good usually. I did call and request an itemized statement, which was sent in a timely manner. I cannot believe that an office visit is $267 to just walk in the door. Our initial visit went well. My son was taken back immediately because he was bleeding from a laceration on his head. After being seen by a nurse and PA, his wound was glued. A bandaid was placed over his laceration. The following day I went to take his bandaid off per their instructions and not only was it glued to his head, but the sticky part of the bandaid was partially over his laceration so it began bleeding again.
