This place is a joke!!! Don't go here unless you want them to charge you debit card without your authorization and without ever sending you a bill. Yes, that's exactly what they did to me and it's wrong. WARNING DON'T EVER GO TO PHYSICIANS IMMEDIATE CARE!!!! Don't give them your debit card to make a copy that's what they do to everyone that goes there and then they decide to take the money from your card on file without your authorization and without ever sending you a bill. Don't go here!!!
I went here in March for a sinus infection. They gave me a flu test and a prescription for a bunch of meds. The meds did not work and I ended up using Teladoc for another appointment two weeks later, which actually saved me money. My bill after insurance was over $200 (without the medication cost). My insurance is really good usually. I did call and request an itemized statement, which was sent in a timely manner. I cannot believe that an office visit is $267 to just walk in the door. By far the worst visit I've had her... read more
Our initial visit went well. My son was taken back immediately because he was bleeding from a laceration on his head. After being seen by a nurse and PA, his wound was glued. A bandaid was placed over his laceration. The following day I went to take his bandaid off per their instructions and not only was it glued to his head, but the sticky part of the bandaid was partially over his laceration so it began bleeding again. I called the office and they initially said that I could take a bit of water to help remove the adhesive.... read more
I have used Physicians Immediate Care in New Lenox for myself as well as my patients. We have always been treated exceptionally. On 12/27/18, that years long streak was utterly smashed by the front desk Regina. She was exceptionally rude when I first checked in. I just figured she was having a bad moment. However, Regina's bad moment stretched into a monumental fit. At one point, I had to just say "I'm begging you to stop talking to me and just process my card." She continued her harassment. Truly, disturbing beha... read more
Been at this urgent care several times with different members of the family, always pretty good service. UNTIL TODAY when I brought my son in, the receptionist was very curt and rude. I hadn't brought my insurance card with me, and she asked me if he was a new patient and I responded yes. She replied, I need your insurance card, I replied I didn't have it on me, her reply was maybe your wife can take a picture of it and send it. I mentioned that myself and son were there previously and that they had my insurance informatio... read more
NEVER EVER GO HERE!! They misdiagnosed my youngest son several months ago. I swore we would not return. DR there said no sinus infection. I took him to his regular DR the next day because clearly something was wrong. He had a "raging" sinus infection per our regular DR. Antibiotics were given and he was feeling better in 2 days. However, my oldest was injured at work and this is where they brought him. I walked into the room while she had already begun stitching his fingers. It was a bad wound that definitely should have be... read more
I do not know why I continue to return to this place. The doctors give wrong advice or completely lack advice. Don't waste your time. I have always had good care at Dupage Medical Group in Joliet. Even though it is a much further drive, I will go there from now on.
I was denied service. The 2 young women at the front counter lacked empathy and were rude. Then a credit check was done. I owed $15.00 and something for $108.00. I asked from where? The woman said I don't know. I said if I owe you the 15.00 I will pay now. I said I have great insurance and I did not come here to dispute a bill that was from 6 years ago in which this is the first time I am hearing about. Are they a credit agency or a quick care? Mean time I was in such sever pain and so ill, it took a lot of energy... read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was misdiagnosed twice in one week by these people. No excuse for the incompetent people who work here. Don't waste your time. On my last phone call asking them what to do since I wasn't getting any better they told me to "see a REAL doctor" They literally said this to me. What a joke!
