This place annoyed me so much. I get there to take a drug test which was scheduled by my employer and they had no record of it because no one's email worked. They had me email them my paper from my phone 4 times and it still wouldn't work. Then they wanted me to buy an app on my phone so I could fax it to them. After I finally went to the back the employees were not very friendly and were too busy finishing up their discussion about their weekend plans to help me right away. Very disappointing visit.

The doctors are very good, but unfortunately the front desk person needs to work on her customer service skills. If that doesn't bother you, then it's conveniently located, clean, and the care is good. I won't be back though.

This place is awful. Starting with them asking for a credit card, to have on file, so that they can bill you for the remainder of what your insurance doesn't pay. What?! ( I was originally seen here before this whole thing started with the credit card ) It would be a cold day in hell that I'd give my cc number to a stranger to hold onto. LOL. Not to mention the charges here are outrageous! Save yourself some money ( and self-respect ) and go to either the Walk In Minute Clinic at Walgreens, or CVS. ( Update-Reply to Megan f... read more

If I could give a negative star I would.Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Had to go here for a pre-employment drug test (pee in a cup). Stopped on Friday at 3 pm...was told there was a 2 hour wait. Came back on Saturday morning at 9 am...was told there was a 120 minute wait---seems the same as 2 hours to me....then set an appointment for 1 pm. I arrived at 12:50 pm and waited for forty (40) minutes; at which time I told the receptionist to return my driver's license. She went in the back and miraculously the c... read more

Staff is good, pretty fast, but billing is unjust. Take your credit card and they will bill it if insurance is slow paying. & they wont take you if there is an outstanding bill. Which leaves me with having to fight to get $420 back. Next time hospital for cold, dont have to waste hours and days trying to get money back. Not the staffs fault at all, corporate billing practice is. Sorry to the staff whom just work there and have to deal w/mad customers due to this. And billing has been helpful during this problem.

THE BLONDE LADY (Cathy?) AT THE FRONT DESK IS PROBABLY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET! Very short tempered and condescending! She doesn't even know how to enter insurance cards in correctly! She said my insurance was not active BUT the insurance said there's a paid claim! She's probably charging the sick $150 and then pocketing it and still charging the insurance! This is the third time she has been rude to me when i came in VERY SICK! I would rather go to silver cross and sit with the homeless than go to this place and ... read more

I'm with Tim S. and his comments. I stopped going there after they began asking for my credit card. They have NO business asking for a credit card. Don't they understand how many ways that this information can be compromised? This is extremely inappropriate as far as collecting on an outstanding balance. Please - unsuspecting public - NEVER give your credit card to medical facilities, most especially with all of the security issues. SO many people have access to your information - people from the front desk all the way... read more

Not pleased at all with this place! I couldn't get to my normal doctor so I came here thinking it would be quick and easy. First thing I was asked for was for my issuance and my credit card. I came in for your average cold. I was in there in 5 minutes I was there for a total of maybe 10 minutes talking to a physician. I get a bill in the mail a week later for 400 after my issuance has paid. Two weeks after this I receive a lovely email telling me they are going to charge my credit card an additional 180.00 dollars. Wait to s... read more

Are you serious ?! $150 for the doctor to see me for literally 60 seconds, flat ?! What the ! And the girl at the front desk, yeah she has no clue what she is talking about, nor does she know how to act professional. Ugh. AND he didn't seem to know what he's talking about ?! Never. Again. I rather go to Silver.
