Although this is a 4 star rating, I would prefer to give it 4 1/2 stars as my experience was just what the doctor ordered, pardon the (sorta) pun. I had severe pain in my left hand last month that had not improved for two weeks so on August 22nd out of sizable reluctance (but in much agony) I went to the Edgewater facility where I had been on three past occasions. My allergy symptoms were just horrible today. I got online at work and found the closest facility. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk. My appointment was at 9:40am and surprisingly I was called at exactly 9:40. Loren was very nice and efficient as was the MD Dr. Claudia. I was in and out in no time after having my ears cleaned by Loren. This place is close by work so this will definitely be my go to when needed.

I had a nasty infection from a manicure, it got really bad. I happen to be driving by them and I pulled in. They took me right away and the staff and doctors were amazing. Only wish I could make them my primary! Go if you really need immediate healthcare... Took my insurance as well.

I passed out. Realize how absolutely silly this sounds-so Victorian (the dreaded vapors!) but at a big weekend Birthday party... a lovely lady telling me about seeing the musical Hamilton, a handsome fellow throwing a party for his spouse. Feeling overwhelming hot, then suddenly cold and immediately the need to sit down. This happened in a nanosecond- I didn't even have time to raise my hand, open my mouth or ask for help. That fast. I have a primary doctor, where my appointments are spent with 30 minutes in the waiting room & 20 waiting in the examination room. Not to mention by the time she "squeezes" me in when I'm sick, I'll be well or dead. I'm very happy with this place. The staff is friendly and the doctors seem to really care. I get seen pretty quickly and for the few minutes I'm in the waiting room, it is pleasant - clean and no ghetto TV. I'm usually out of here in 40ish minutes. I took my 11-year-old daughter with flu-like symptoms as recommended by a neighbor. We booked an appointment online within the hour. When we arrived, we were the only ones waiting in the waiting room and were seen quickly. My daughter ended up passing out as she was being weighed by the nurse. The nurse caught her before she hit the floor and the doctor, Dr. Weddaburne-Bossie, swung into action immediately. After fighting a bad cold for several days, I woke up on a Saturday (of course) with severely irritated eyes. My PCP is closed on the weekends, so I contacted Physicians Immediate Care and got an appointment online right away. I only waited about 5 minutes after finishing my paperwork before I was called back to see the doctor. Everything was prompt, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable, and I was back home within the hour with a prescription that I was able to get filled at the Walgreen's they share a parking lot with. ... read more

After another two recent visits, I feel it necessary to echo and add to my previous Yelp review. Both P.A. Schrenzel and Doctor Singh are knowledgeable, warm, skilled medical caregivers. There is no substitute for such a blending of intelligence and compassion in one to whom we entrust our health and perhaps our life.
