I would also give less than a 1-star rating if I could. I received an invoice for services rendered to my grandson after his insurance paid its contracted amount. The invoice was for the balance that the insurance did not pay. I have no copay - insurance is Medicare. I spoke with a billing representative who advised me that I was responsible for the balance. Not military friendly at all!!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had! First I was told they take tricare west insurance by the front desk and kept asking to make sure and they said yes they do. Not only was Nothing done to help my family as we all went in sick but they do NOT take tricare west insurance! So not only did we have to wait to see our pcp for real help but I'm now stuck with a large bill for all of my family for nothing. These people are just a scam... came in yesterday for a basic drug test and waited about 2 hours expressing that I couldn't use the bathroom and I was told I couldn't drink water basically (8oz for every 45 min) but today there are water bottles laid out for people to just grab... that's utter bs. After 2 hours I gave up and just left, even after they said if I left it would be considered a refusal. Came back today and waited another hour about while other people sitting in here waiting about 2 hours... just horrible service... read more

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I came in and asked them to test me for Strep but they insisted that they would test me for Covid and Influenza instead. One they saw that I was tested positive for influenza they said that I have a virus not a bacteria. Prescribed me Tamiflu and sent me away. Turns out Tamiflu is the worst medicine you can have for any illness with very bad side effects. To this day I am suffering because I have Strep throat bacteria. Went to this location after scheduling an appointment. They told me there were 11 people in front of my son and that they would be closed before they got to him. I informed them that I just wanted a simple strep test as my son had a temperature of 104.6 and while I could get it a bit lower with fever reducers it would only lower it a degree or two and the medication would wear off after just a few hours and it would spike back up. They will lie to you. Waste your time and money. I was given a fast pass but when I went to use it for xray they made me pay again. I only had to come back because their machine was broken and they didn't have a technician in even though they made me wait an hour before telling me.
Why take appointment times if you aren't actually going to see patients at those times? My appointment was for 11:30am. I arrived around 5 minutes early. I was taken back to a room about and hour later, then the doctor finally came to see me at 1:32pm - TWO HOURS LATER - and was out of the room by 1:34pm. What on earth?! Overall the staff seems really unorganized, upon my entry there was two different people there to fill out paperwork that was missed during their first visit. After, hopefully, filling out all my paperwork and sat down. Maybe 20 minutes later I get a phone call saying that they are ready for me to come back.
