Could hear the staff talking through the door about how the doctor didn't want to see me. She came in incredibly dismissive. A few days later I'm worse and received no take home care suggestions. She almost called in antibiotics but changed her mind. Don't go here, it sucks. Front desk was complaining about needing vacations while I was waiting too.

I was here last year. MD obtained cultures due to my symptoms. I got my results from the culture via email from their lab company. I had to call them to discuss the results, no one called me. when I did speak with the provider who saw me, she refused to prescribe treatment for my first ever HSV-1 outbreak. I was in so much pain. I had sores everywhere. They double charged on my husband's credit card and it took a few months to get refund. So glad I filed a complaint with BBB.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. Instead of getting help, my condition felt worse from the stress of waiting. I waited almost two hours, and during that time another patient who arrived after me was called in first. When I asked the receptionist about it, I was told that the other patient's case was "faster." That explanation felt unfair and dismissive. I came here expecting care and support, but left feeling ignored and frustrated. Very disappointing experience.

Waited over two hours to be seen. They bring you in the back almost immediately so that they can say they saw you. Did a throat swap and sent me back to the waiting room for an hour. Called me into the room only to wait another hour. My throat is killing me, and I have had a hard time eating. She told me to take Tylenol and sent me on my way. I should have listened to all the bad reviews. I will never go here again.

I would also give less than a 1-star rating if I could. I received an invoice for services rendered to my grandson after his insurance paid its contracted amount. The invoice was for the balance that the insurance did not pay. I have no copay - insurance is Medicare. I spoke with a billing representative who advised me that I was responsible for the balance. Not military friendly at all!!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had! First I was told they take tricare west insurance by the front desk and kept asking to make sure and they said yes they do. Not only was Nothing done to help my family as we all went in sick but they do NOT take tricare west insurance! So not only did we have to wait to see our pcp for real help but I'm now stuck with a large bill for all of my family for nothing. These people are just a scam... came in yesterday for a basic drug test and waited about 2 hours expressing that I couldn't use the bathroom and I was told I couldn't drink water basically (8oz for every 45 min) but today there are water bottles laid out for people to just grab... that's utter bs. After 2 hours I gave up and just left, even after they said if I left it would be considered a refusal. Came back today and waited another hour about while other people sitting in here waiting about 2 hours... just horrible service... read more

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I came in and asked them to test me for Strep but they insisted that they would test me for Covid and Influenza instead. One they saw that I was tested positive for influenza they said that I have a virus not a bacteria. Prescribed me Tamiflu and sent me away. Turns out Tamiflu is the worst medicine you can have for any illness with very bad side effects. To this day I am suffering because I have Strep throat bacteria.
