I went to the physicians urgent care. They were very welcoming the lady at the front desk. Tarii/and my doctor Entonia board were really gentle , I love the way they treated me. I love the overall energy. It was nice and clean Facility . I did like the Instructions and x-rays of the Tb test was done very quickly ,the staff was amazing 🫶🤲
We have visited this urgent care twice now . Both times facility was clean . Receptionist extremely helpful and kind . Staff from front desk to MA & NP kind , understanding, patient & the best part of it all ( for my children ) are the treats that they offer in waiting room & toys that they get to pick from the treasure chest at the end of their visit . No other place has ever offered this . My favorite part is that there is very little to no wait . Overall experience 10/10. I would highly recommend this location .
My rating would be a 1 if it wasn't for Dr. Boyd. When we took our son he was severely understaffed and having computer issues throughout the day. The technicians were not friendly and the lady at the receptionist desk was far from helpful. This will be the last time I will go here. Thank again to Dr Boyd for explaining the situation and also being very understanding when I was a little short and inpatient.
Last week was my first experience and it was great, I suffered a minor injury, however, it required a tetanus shot. My Blue Cross Blue Shield helpdesk referred me to them as in network, which was great. Once I called them, I love the automated system that allowed me to get on the waitlist while in route. They also text me a link that I was able to pre-fill out most of my information before I even walked in the door. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I love this place. As a HCP myself, I often have an unpredictable schedule. It’s really easy and convenient to walk-in and get what ever I need right away. Sometimes this place is like an ED and can be busy and they have to triage, so if it’s something minor, you’re not going to be seen ASAP! I completely respect that. Everyone here is friendly and kind. The staff are warm and welcoming. My husband and I always come to this location because of the multiple positive experiences we’ve had over the years!
