I went for a cough that would not go away. I reserved my time and checked in online. Amanda (MA) and Anum (PA) were professional and efficient. They listened and asked questions about my illness. They were reassuring about my treatment and had me on my way in 30 minutes.

I have been able to make appointments online through the link in Google Maps without any glitches or problems. I get to wait in my car till they are ready for me. While one of the times they were running about an hour behind schedule, they let me know. I appreciate being able to get tested for Covid quickly with reasonable availability (both for when we have symptoms or before my son went to summer camp) without a hassle. I had a great experience. I went on a Sunday Afternoon and was in and out fairly fast. The PA I had (Lesli Frank) was great and even caught my heart murmur that 90% of all Doctors I've seen over the years have missed it. Rooms were clean and staff pleasant. Got prescription for antibiotics and on my way.

I was seen immediately by an Elite NP Josefina Pilolli. She's Outstanding. Had to visit an Immediate care today because of possible achilles tendon tear that I was extremely worried about. The possible bad news could require months of rehab and overall Hell! I was seen right away by her and she could sense that I was nervous because when she walked in the stool by the checkup table had me standing on it with a cord around my neck. Other then the longer then normal waiting time my experience there was good. The staff is friendly my nurse was awsome and the dr was good. This was my 2nd time coming here and will continue to come here. Keep up the awsome job.

So grateful to have this place to go to. I had a scary odd condition and just walked in. My nurse and doctor REALLY listened to me and I was so appreciative of that. And also surprised because sometimes that's not the case. I'd like to say thank you to this practice and feel better just knowing they are there if anything happens to me health-wise in the future. Everyone that was working that day was super nice and patient.

The doctor and PCT's were all super nice. The doctor was extremely thorough and explained everything really well to me. Very helpful, quick staff.

This office location is very good, they open 7 days a week! And walk in clinic, wonderful staff and very clean ! The nurse Joanna take good care of me ! Especially thanks for Doctor Castello

The staff here is very friendly, understanding, and helpful. My wife and I were not even paying patients and they helped us out when we were in a bind! Highly recommended!
