Avoid! This company billed the claim incorrectly per my insurance company. They then proceeded to charge my card for the incorrect amount. I can already tell this is going to be a headache to resolve! Might not even be worth the time and energy and I will just have to consider this a loss. :(
The lab have no consideration for people that have disorders they want you to wait in the viewing room naked when you're sitting there with nothing on but the rob they give you when it's 10 degrees outside 45mintes waiting and I writing this review and still no doctor great place
There is no point in making an appointment because you're still gonna wait 2+ hours like everyone else. I'm not sure why this place is called immediate care when it is definitely not immediate. The order that people are seen doesn't make sense. It took a little over 3 hours from the time I checked in until I left. Do not go here unless you have HOURS to kill. The staff is nice though. Thank you for your feedback regarding our online appointment system. Our Urgent Care Pass system operates with two queues or “lines.” Our first queue is for provider only visits (physicals, illnesses, injuries), and our second queue is for non-provider visits (immunizations, drug screens, etc.) Therefore, other patients in the waiting room may be placed in a different line and taken back at different times. Thank you for your understanding.
I had a simple question. Woman who took my call may have been having a bad day. But she seemed to be annoyed that I called to confirm hours and services. I could only imagine if I needed to deal with her in person for an urgent/immediate need. Glad I called to know better now.
Don't bother making an appointment. I made an appointment. I got a text to be 15 minutes early. I did what they asked. It is now 2 hours PAST my appointment time and I still haven't been seen. I came here to avoid the astronomical charge of an ER bill for an x-ray. Now I'm weighing the cost of an entire afternoon of missed work and thinking the ER might have been worth it.
The wait is terrible. You make an appointment and they make you wait for another hour. Then why make appointments. If you don't have available staff then don't overbook. Ridiculous
Update on billing and payment processing for this place. NOT GOOD. I submitted my bill to my Flexible Spending Account for them to send payment. I completed the address and account number. Payment was sent. I kept getting notices that I had an outstanding balance, so I actually called. They told me it probably hadn't been posted yet and not to worry about it. People are pleasant but you cant have a business model asking people to make appointments at an urgent care facility and then have them wait 80 minutes PAST their appointment time. That's awful, I nor my family will go back. Look at other urgent care facilities in the area before trying this one. The service was fine once you are in but there is NO reason for the wait to be this long... every in the waiting room was complaining.
Scheduled appointment at 1:20, they pushed it up to 1:00. We weren't seen until 3:30. Receptionist told us that if my wife tests positive for influenza I will be able to get a prescription. Doctor said no when we were finally seen. Too bad that all other immediate cares are closed now! Doctor said that she would send two orders so I could get medication too and only sent one.
