DO NOT GO HERE. See a real doctor not the poor excuse of a doctor that works there. She's rude and thinks taking your pulse after nights being in the hospital is the proper way to diagnose a patient. Don't waste your time and money it's a scam.

Business response:

I am very sorry you were unhappy with your visit, Brittany. As I replied on your Google review, please reach out to us so we can learn more about your experience. Thank you.

I came in on Sunday because I had a severely bad sore throat with fatigue, body pain, and nausea. First off, the receptionist showed 0 interest in even greeting me when I walked in. Secondly, they did a strep test and it came back negative. They didnt bother testing for mono or the flu but the PA goes "Oh, you have white spots on your throat." He discharges me telling me I have "acute pharyngitis" (a bad sore throat) and gives me a prescription for ONE DOSE of a steroid. Fast forward to Monday, I'm still not feeling better, ... read more

Terrible customer service. I walked in after picking my child up from school and didn't have her insurance card. Instead of attempting to help the woman behind the desk rudely said no insurance card I can't help you. Sad when someone is sick but can't get help because you don't have proof of insurance.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, Ashley. Typically we offer our patients that do not have proof of insurance the option to self-pay and bring in your insurance card later that day, or the next day, at which time we can process through your insurance and credit the self-pay amount. I am sorry if that was not offered to you. I have sent your comments to our clinic manager to review with her team.

This place is a joke! $949 to NOT see a doctor! There was "no doctor on site" I seen a "physicians assistant" that told me herself she was not qualified to give me the test I needed and I would need a doctor they did not have. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and I gave it to them. I could go to a REAL hospital and see an ACTUAL doctor for $400, instead I paid $949 to see a wanna be doctor in a closed down video store. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else and get ACTUAL medical attention from an ACTUAL doctor.

Business response:

I'm so sorry to hear about your recent experience at our clinic. We take your feedback very seriously and would like to review your bill with you. Could you please email me at patientservices@visitphysicians.com with your name and the best number to contact you?

Don't bother setting an appointment, they won't see you on time anyway. Every time I have come here I have to wait a minimum of one hour to be seen by anyone. You can check the wait time on the website and it doesn't make a difference, it's not accurate. I arrived to my "appointment" ten minutes early, I was finally brought into a room 30 minutes late, then left to wait in said room. When the assistant was walking out I asked how long the wait would be and I was told 15 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. I poked my head... read more

The good things I can say about this place is that the staff is friendly, convenient location, since my PCP is downtown Chicago, flexible hours and not a long wait. However, I will never go to this place again unless it's for a drug test. Had some discomfort in the chest area and bloating. An EKG was ran but the doctor (not PA) wanted to call me an ambulance and send me to the emergency room. She also said that the EKG was not perfect and was concerned with the chest area since it's close to the heart. Furthermore, she never... read more

I went here today with flu symptoms. Made an appointment for 1:50. One other person was waiting in the waiting room. Didn't get called back until 2:30. Doctor came in to tell me it would be a few minutes, still waiting it is 3:22.

Business response:

I apologize for the long wait during this busy flu season. To help prevent the spread of infections, we try and have most patients wait in the exam rooms in the back. Thank you for leaving a review, as we value our patients' comments to help us do a better job.

PHC said to contact them and we provided contact information to them but they still have not called. I think they put those comments in there just to make it look like they are trying to resolve the issue but they are just as bad as the facility.

Business response:

I'm so sorry to hear about your recent experience at our Glendale Heights clinic. We take your feedback seriously and wondered if we could speak with you to discuss your issue further. Could you please email me at patientservices@visitphysicians.com with your contact information and the best time to reach you?

I could not recommend this place for a couple of reasons. Number one even though they said it was a 40 minute wait it took over two hours before the physicians assistant PA saw me. I was never seen by a doctor. Secondly they told me I only had a back sprain after reviewing the x-rays that they took. Because of my continued pain I went to the emergency room where they did a CAT scan of my back and found two vertebrae fracture's. Emergency room said the x-rays were such poor quality they could not read them. This place complet... read more
