The staff here were great! Everyone one from the front desk, to the nurses/MA and provider were so kind. I was there for a work injury and they did everything right to try and put my mind at ease about what had happened. The provider made sure I was given all of the information she could about my potential outcomes. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
I am so grateful they were open on Christmas. I couldn’t believe how quickly I got in and out. I’ve never been here before and I was still in and out in 25 minutes. The physicians assistant was so kind and patient. She was friendly and willing to help without rushing out the door. She knew exactly what I had which was a breath of fresh air. She processed my prescription quickly and I was out the door. I am very thankful for the whole staff that was working on Christmas to take care of my finger that I cut and needed 6 stitches for. I work in Healthcare myself and to work on a Holiday isn't always great, but everyone there was awesome and very friendly. My daughter called before I got there and they were expecting me and ready when I got there. They were quick and we were not there very long. I came in not feeling well, and they took great care of me and I greatly appreciate the Drs and friendly helpful staff. I definitely would refer other people there and I intend to. Thank you all at Physicians Immediate Care for truly caring and going above and beyond to make sure I'm doing better than I was.
Majorly understaffed resulting in long wait times and a stressed staff. I don't mind waiting as long as I know to expect it. With a waiting room of 15+ people they didn't tell anyone the anticipated wait, or how many people were ahead of them. Even though I had an appointment I still waited an hour to be seen, and another hour for the staff to return to the room with my flu test results.
