I tested positive for Covid and came here because my regular doc doesn't work on weekends. I have high blood pressure and asthma and wanted some recommendations to stay on top of this illness. Everyone in the office is lazy and uncaring. The doctor is so condescending and unhelpful. He didn't even come into the room to speak with me. Arrived early for a rapid covid test, definitely not feeling well at all. Been sitting here in my truck for over 2.5 hours waiting for them to call me in. I have watched over 30 people come and go while waiting. Asked them how much longer and was informed 4 people were still ahead of me...how is that even possible? Wish I would have filled my tank because now I'm running low on gas and getting close to me needing to do a duoneb because im also a chronic asthmatic.this place sucks.

Terrible physician that condescends you in every way for an injury. I heard him out but he gave me a lecture on being young and wearing non supportive shoes. You can tell he was getting through the day and something insignificant to him is not worth his time. Be nice to your patients and maybe we'd understand. Don't come here.

Terrible service. I wish I had looked up reviews before coming here. Like everyone else, made appointment and have waited over 1hr and nothing. When I discussed with the rude receptionist I asked her what's the point of reservation system. Her answer? "I don't know I can't help you" Not only do they not care it's acceptable to have this poor of service to them. Don't come here.

Scheduled an appointment showed up early and still had to wait an hour before being called back, also took multiple walk-ins before me. When I was called back and they did not even have a room available. Employees were very rude rolling eyes when asked question, and were not helpful at all. Place was dirty and not kept up. Do not recommend going here.

I've been here for work injuries on a couple occasions. I have always scheduled an appointment and arrived early. I still wait over an hour past my appointment time. The staff is extremely rude and care is just ok. If my work didn't require me to come here I would never come back.

I went in to have a pre-employment physical and a couple of tests done. I had made an appointment prior to this at 1:20 PM. The nurse didn't call me back until 2:30 (although it could've possibly been later than that). I even had to go up to the desk and the secretary said the wait time would be longer because there were two people ahead of me (even though I had an appointment). HORRIBLE SERVICE. The worst physician care I've ever been to. They take FOREVER FOR NO REASON!!! ... I had an appointment a 2:30, showed up at 2:15 and didn't get out of there till 4:30 for a simple physical. on top of that they drew blood and bruises my vein and it swelled up. Don't go here. Jobs should stop sending their new hires to this location.

What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they take walkins ahead of you. The system here is horrible. I was here 15 minutes before my appointment like requested. PIC should have told me to go home & wait there for a few hours instead of making me wait in my car.
