Very bad service. Please safe yourself the time, don't go there. I went there just for physicals, and I even had an appointment but I ended up waiting for about 3 hours before I was called. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I really don't like to complain but I really dislike when people are not honest and this was one of those cases. My appointment was at 12:24 pm why the 24 idk but I went for it I was there on the dot, paid out of pocket for a Covid test, they tell you stay in your car we'll call you half an hour pass no response from them no boggy I understand but 1:24 pm pass by so I give them a call they say, oh it looks like you are next it will be five minutes it seems like they are trying to get some people out and disinfect the room I ... read more

Unreasonable wait time, unacceptable "care". He to a different clinic if you are able. I was sent here on a Workers Comp on behalf of work. Being thanksgiving weekend, I expected them to be booked and thought maybe they could have been very busy. I saw 3 people upon getting in and they were all attended to within 30 minutes. But, here I am a whooping 1 hour and 30 minues later. Sure this visit is off a workers comp, but still, shouldn't I still be attended to? Scheduled appointment with me for 1:15. Called me at 130 to take my credit card info. Left me in the parking lot with NO UPDATES for 2 1/2 hours. Not a call, no text, nothing. They spent a lot of money on the process and tech to get me here and take my money but must have run out before they could invest in actually providing service.

I have been to this location a few times for work related blood draws and physicals. First off, do not come here if you are in a time crunch, you'll wait up to 1 hour for a blood draw. If you are coming here to get a pre-employee physical, you'll be here a minimum of 2.5 hours. The front desk staff are unable to tell you how long the approximate wait is. They do triage here; but surprisingly, they do not have a separate space for routine things like I mentioned above, work physicals and blood draws... everyone is triaged... read more

Zero stars. Even for a time like Covid, this is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. Unorganized and overpromised and under delievered. If you wanna see why the Health care system sucks in the US please visit this immediate care.

I came here because I had an ear infection and Brian Minardi prescribe some ear drops to clear it up. After using the ear drops I didn't have any improvement so I reached out to the office. I was instructed that I need to follow up with a real doctor and that they could do nothing more for me. Don't waste your time or money with this place. It was a total waste of $165 for the visit and $20 for the medicine that did not help. Just go see a real doctor!

I visited this site for a DOT exam including drug/ alcohol screening. You can walk in without an appointment but be prepared to wait over an hour. I be had many dot exams pre employment and recertifications . I've had a hernia exam every time but this time was different . First of all the hernia exams are for the most part unnecessary. But this time at the second like an after thought the Examiner opens the office door , tell me to hold on and comes back with a young lady. My husband went in with sob and dizziness. He had almost blacked out earlier in the day. Well it was July 4th about 330 pm and my guess is they wanted to close. Even though he had a history of cardiac issues they told him it was probably heat stroke and to go home. If no better by morning see your Dr or the Er. No ekg or blood test which would have shown a heart attack.
