Wonderfully caring nursing staff, but rude secretaries. Overall, a great experience once I made it in to seeing the nursing staff. The secretaries treated me like I was stupid because I was confused about my insurance. My previous encounters with secretarial staff at a doctor's office have been positive. Overall, the kindness of the nursing staff more than offset any negative feelings.
Doctor was great, but the place could use a better cleaning crew.

The staff was concerned when I walked in because of an allergy reaction. I was taken into the room immediately. The concern for my health was very important to me. I would come here agsin.
Doctor Joseph is rude and close minded and not a good listener and is not empathetic to what I was going through. When I started trying to explain why I was here he said just get to the point. I was doing my best but I guess he didn't want to hear it. I can't get into details but the hole time I was trying to explain myself he didn't want to understand or believe me. Went in for UTI symptoms. They gave me a cup and said nothing. Gave zero instructions. Provided no wipes that are important before doing the urine catch, especially as a female. Then when done had no paper towels in there! Nowhere to set it down except floor or sink which are both unsanitary for my sample or person using the sink next. I had a 10:00 appointment. I was not taken in until 10:30. An hour later and still have not been seen by the ONE provider on duty and it is now 11:40. Not sure why they accept appointments but don't honor them. One provider is far from sufficient at the height of a very busy flu/noro/rsv season. The employees have been polite, they did offer me a drink and snack. I took that to mean I will be here for quite some time. Do not come here, you will make an appt & fill out all the paperwork prior to showing up, to be told you will have a 3 hour wait. Do not offer available times if you cannot handle staffing your facility this is repeated times i've waited multiple hours
Came here for my DOT medical and this was a far worse experience than actually having to get my CDL A. They refused to speak with my doctors themself regarding my medications. However were aware I needed a medication verification form approval they said that could take 45 days! I talked to my doctor and this office for over a week getting this form worked out. They never initially sent the fax of the form over and once my doctor sent it back they "never received it" waited 2+ hours when I had an appointment for my DOT exam. ... read more
