I took my sister here because she was experiencing pretty sever chest pains and we were turned away because she did not have her insurance card with her. When we said she had a picture of her new card the front desk staff said since you're a new patient we can not admit you with out your insurance card you'll have to go home and get it. I couldn't believe they could turn away some one who is having trouble breathing because of paperwork.

Come in for a TB test (with appointment). Wait 35 minutes. Get taken back to room-- nurse starts taking my vitals. I remind her that I'm here for a TB. She complained about lack of communication among staff, as she wasn't aware I was there to receive a TB. Come back 2 days later to have my TB test read. Takes 30 minutes to get called back to a room for the nurse to look at my arm and write down the results. Needless to say, this facility is lacking professionalism and timeliness. Will not be going back.

Absolutely one of the worst establishments I've ever been too. First of all I called in to make sure there wasn't a wait as I was in a time crunch to get home and have dinner ready. I was lied too and told no wait then arrived to be to told to sit down I'd be up shortly. 45 minutes later I finally get seated and get told in an almost scripted voice "Sorry about the wait, the doctor with be right with you." We do try and see patients as quickly as possible, but sometimes the severity of a patient's injury takes longer than expected and pushes everything back. However, we are always working to improve our wait times, and appreciate your patience and feedback about your visit.
Just not friendly or professional. Feel more like an annoyance than anything. Would never come again.

I would not recommend this business. I have asked my company to re-consider using this business for our medical needs. The ladies at the front desk do not want to work and look for any reason to turn people away. They do not take customers without appointments in the order they arrive. If you speak Spanish you will get seen immediately. The environment is very hostile and unfriendly. The receptionists are too stupid to realize without customers they will not have a job. Stay away from this place.

They refused to see me because I didn't have my insurance card with me. Don't bother with this place.
I had an appt back in TX for a cortisone shot in my shoulder scheduled for today because I have inflammation from a calcium deposit. I made a very unplanned trip to Chicago. I really needed the shot so looked for an immediate care center in my daughter's area, in my insurance plan, found this place. I had the my xray diagnosis sent to me so I could give it to them so they could see what the issue was. Everyone seems very nice, but I have never been here less than several hours. Lots of waiting...waiting...waiting. I was sent here for a work related injury, but I wouldn't choose to come back.
So I woke up around 5:30 Sunday morning with a killer ear ache (I have a medical history riddled with ear-related issues), and knew I needed to go see a doctor pronto. I looked up doctor's offices open on a Sunday and still covered by my insurance, and came across this location.
