I came to this place as a walk in appointment with a painful work injury. After they took my information and my license, people kept coming in and were being seen before me the moment they were registered while I waited. After waiting about two hours, I went to the receptionist to ask about my turn. She stated that the people that were being called in had appointments. I let another hour pass, and still no luck. This place is joke! Got here at 9 and the front desk told us to make appointments. They have 11:15 am and we took it got there 15 mins early still waiting more than 2 hours. Workers don't care

I had a very disturbing experience at physicians immediate care last week. Despite going here previously, and having a $75 copay that I paid after my visit, this weekend they said they were under new ownership with new policies. I provided my insurance again which had not changed, and they shared I would owe $131 "deposit" prior to my visit this time. Do not waste your time at this place. Their telephone never works. I had to go in personally in, to set you up with an appointment, but it not a true appointment. Waited for hours for a scheduled appointment.

I do not recommend this facility. If you have a choice, do not use this organization. If you have to use Physicians Immediate Care - don't go to this one in Aurora. I'm required to have 2 TB tests for an organization that I'm volunteering for, so I've visited this place 4 times. In May I walked in right as the doors were unlocked in the morning - there was no one else there, and I still had to wait 30 minutes. But that's not why I'm writing this review. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. They must not have enough docs staffing the facility. I've been to the urgent care facility in St. Charles by North and Randall 5-6 times and.never waited more that 30 minutes.

This place reminds you that there are way too many people seeking healthcare, than healthcare workers. Be prepared to wait hours, even if you schedule an appointment. I'm not even sure why they offer appointments. It sets you up to be disappointed. Once you get to the back area, the care is fine, and it's nice that they have the ability to do x-rays. The x-ray tech is nice too.

Unfortunately, the wait times at an urgent care, like Physicians Immediate Care, can occasionally be unpredictable. This is because of the nature of the service being provided. The severity of each patient’s sickness or injury differs, making some encounters longer than others and also forces the medical staff to triage patients based on their medical needs if we have a trauma patient that requires immediate attention.
