Verified Renter We are so busy moving in we haven't noticed anything else. A few problems with the apartment that we are still dealing with. Like only hot water in the washing machine.

Verified Renter Maintenance takes a long time to come and fix things and I wish the gym would get fixed but other then that its pretty cool living here its quiet .

Verified Renter I like it here only issue is it takes for ever to get something fixed now. Ive been waiting a few months to get my windows seal fixed everytimr it rained water comes in.

Verified Renter Overall pretty decent place to live. Friendly office staff, great neighbors. Hard to get maintenance to come out when scheduled though and sometimes have to bug them repeatedly to get things done

Verified Renter My wife and I retired here from the Phila.area and I was hesitant about the move but I believe living at the Pines is a big reason why I enjoy living in Virginia. I love the quiet atmosphere here . I am out all times of the day and night walking our dog and am amazed at how peaceful and quiet it is in the development .
