Been having trouble with last Vet and my cat. Made an appointment and was seen the next day. It was so hard to get into the last vet and for the new place was relieved that I was able to get a Saturday appointment since I work during the week. It is frustrating to go into a vet and your cat meows to loud or growls and you are told sorry we can not see your animal. I'm still getting to know this place but so far I'm really happy with the care my pup has received. They are one of the few places in the area that can accommodate same day visits for emergencies so I've referred a few people as well. Access is so expensive, it's nice to know of a place that will be there when you really need them. VCA used to be months before I could get an appointment so I switched. Hopefully they are good for regular care as well.

Plaza del Amo, I've loved you for years. You treat our boys with so much love, kindness and respect, and you treat us with the same. I've been going to them since our first family dog was a senior, he crossed the bridge almost 16 years ago, they then loved and cared for my sweet Pepe and saw him to the bridge 9 years ago. Now they love and care for my two sweet knuckleheads. Dr. Child and her assistants were very kind and helpful this visit. They drew blood for an analysis and Dr. Child called later with the results and we talked about them and she answered some questions I had. We have boarded our dogs on many occasions and are always confident they are well taken care of. We have seen many different doctors at this hospital and have no complaints.
OMG !!!!!!!!!! What a place !! Above and Beyond !!! Kathleen the Hospital Manager was incredible as well as the staff !!!! Keep up the great work ! Kathleen went above and Beyond with her help and care of 2 stray beautiful Huskies we found on the street almost getting hit by cars. Kathleen spent over 1 hour trying to track down the ID of these chipped dogs. She called all the Vets in the area as well as the chip company .... She was relentless. During a difficult time between me and my fur baby this animal hospital has given me so much love and kindness. I went in knowing my fur baby was sick. The nurse and doctor gave me options and were very considerate of my feelings. Plaza del amo took care of my baby on her worst day, I had to say goodbye and they made it as easy as possible. The staff was sweet and empathetic, understanding and comforting. Thank you to all the staff that helped with Dot's final transition in life, I'm beyond greatful
