My 9 year old son had a small cut on the lower back of his head after bumping his head and your pediatric urgent care provided excellent care and service and immediately attended to my son. The doctor and attending staff were very helpful to us and we were very thankful for the thorough medical care.

Dr V and staff were great. We were referred from our pediatrician who was out of town. The visit was thorough and thoughtful. Sometimes us Moms just need a second opinion from a Dr. Thank you!
Overall care was very good. However, I will say that the paperless registration process is not ideal, particularly for a single parent coming in with a child in arms who then has to scramble for a wallet & ID cards while trying to type on the phone all one-handed. Additionally, key parts of the paperwork are listed as “optional” that are actually REQUIRED, so it was misleading and added to the frustration when I had to re-open the paperwork & fish for my cards all while (again) managing a one-year-old. I called to see if they take my insurance (Anthem PPO) which they did even though the website indicated that there’s no wait time. The receptionist suggested that I pre fill out a new patient form on the website so they have all the info needed to check in and it makes it quicker. When I came in at 8pm, my daughter was seen by the doc shortly after I checked her in.
The check-in experience was positive and quick. Our wait was less than 5 minutes (we completed the paperwork online before arriving). Our time with the assistant, as well as with the doctor, allowed us to share all symptoms, and also our concerns. We were able to ask all of our questions, and were given guidance on next steps.
We couldn’t find any pediatric urgent care open nearby us last night that were open as with the holidays. And I was really surprised to find PM Pediatric open and I called them right away and they were able to book my daughter in for the appointment. The staff were all professional and friendly and the facility was very clean and organized. Loved it!
I had a fantastic experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care! The receptionist was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. We received the right medication for my child's condition, which made a noticeable difference in no time. The pediatric doctor we saw was knowledgeable and took the time to address all our concerns.
