We were in and out in under an hour. The doctor listened and took the time to explain the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The nurses were polite and explained the procedures to our son in terms he understood.

My 9 year old son had a small cut on the lower back of his head after bumping his head and your pediatric urgent care provided excellent care and service and immediately attended to my son. Overall care was very good. However, I will say that the paperless registration process is not ideal, particularly for a single parent coming in with a child in arms who then has to scramble for a wallet & ID cards while trying to type on the phone all one-handed. Additionally, key parts of the paperwork are listed as “optional” that are actually REQUIRED, so it was misleading and added to the frustration when I had to re-open the paperwork & fish for my cards all while (again) managing a one-year-old.
