The check-in experience was positive and quick. Our wait was less than 5 minutes (we completed the paperwork online before arriving). Our time with the assistant, as well as with the doctor, allowed us to share all symptoms, and also our concerns. We were able to ask all of our questions, and were given guidance on next steps.

We couldn’t find any pediatric urgent care open nearby us last night that were open as with the holidays. And I was really surprised to find PM Pediatric open and I called them right away and they were able to book my daughter in for the appointment. The staff were all professional and friendly and the facility was very clean and organized. Loved it!

I had a fantastic experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care! The receptionist was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. We received the right medication for my child's condition, which made a noticeable difference in no time. The pediatric doctor we saw was knowledgeable and took the time to address all our concerns. Overall wonderful experience. This is how healthcare should be! My little one woke up barking like a seal...figured croup (again!). We were out of town for Memorial Day weekend. We searched "pediatric urgent care" and found PM within close proximity. Website was seamless, and directed to entering zip code and booking an office visit or virtual appointment.
