Amazing experience! This is my go to place for my children when I need an urgent care. Fast, easy, clean with amazing care. I have been here at least 4-5 times and every visit was amazing. It was recommended by my pediatrician and even though we live farther away in LA County I always make the drive to Tustin so I can assure I will get quality care. Being a healthcare provider myself I can truly tell you this is a stellar establishment with amazing healthcare professionals. Thanks PM pediatrics!!

I took my 6 year old daughter to be seen for UTI symptoms after swimming at legoland water park. Given her history of easily getting UTI, I informed Dr. M Pierce about her history with UTl's, her current symptoms of fever 102.5, chills, poor appetite, frequent urination, and no signs/symptoms of upper respiratory infection. Dr. M Pierce refused to prescribe her antibiotics for her UTI given her urine test came back positive with leukocytes and protein. The medical assistant could have been a bit more jovial, especially when he is caring for the pediatrician population. He did not even smile and did not engage with our family in small talk. I understand that everything has to be done in a timely fashion. However, there were no other patients besides one, perhaps. The place was practically empty. Brought my son to the location in Tustin Ca for a cut to his chin. The doctor gave him three stitches and within two hours of returning home the stitches were coming out. Brought him back to urgent care and the same doctor said he couldn’t stitch the wound again. By the next morning the stitches had completely fallen out. Horrible job.

Front Office was very friendly. We were escorted into an exam room by radiology technician, which was very nice. The MD walked in and left in literally less than 1 minute. I don't even think they took my sons temperature. I told him symptoms, he asked him one question, looked inside his ears, throat and thats it. Didn't listen to his heart lungs nothing. Poor treatment from MD's.
