Everyone is kind and patient, it’s amazingly clean, and prompt visits.
If you want to quick and effective care PM is where you need to go. We never have to wait too long and we leave knowing what is going on and a prescription if needed.
Overall wonderful experience. This is how healthcare should be! My little one woke up barking like a seal...figured croup (again!). We were out of town for Memorial Day weekend. We searched "pediatric urgent care" and found PM within close proximity. Website was seamless, and directed to entering zip code and booking an office visit or virtual appointment. Amazing experience! This is my go to place for my children when I need an urgent care. Fast, easy, clean with amazing care. I have been here at least 4-5 times and every visit was amazing. It was recommended by my pediatrician and even though we live farther away in LA County I always make the drive to Tustin so I can assure I will get quality care. Being a healthcare provider myself I can truly tell you this is a stellar establishment with amazing healthcare professionals. Thanks PM pediatrics!!

I took my 6 year old daughter to be seen for UTI symptoms after swimming at legoland water park. Given her history of easily getting UTI, I informed Dr. M Pierce about her history with UTl's, her current symptoms of fever 102.5, chills, poor appetite, frequent urination, and no signs/symptoms of upper respiratory infection. Dr. M Pierce refused to prescribe her antibiotics for her UTI given her urine test came back positive with leukocytes and protein.
