The care is always amazing, but I wish the apt times were closer to what is expected. I know you are trying to balance walk ins and appointments.
Quick in and out but can’ felt very rushed and talked down to by nurse practitioner and she didn’t even try to ease my 10 month old. Felt like they just wanted to get rid of us.

I had an appt for 9:15, checked in 15 mins early and still waited almost an hour to be seen. Not sure if they are understaffed or not , but this is ridiculous. The Dr was very nice and sweet to my daughter and I. Other than the wait times it’s a good office. Wish they would open back up the Manchester office.
