We’ve been to this location multiple times over the last few months. The staff has always been so kind, helpful, and got us in and out as fast as possible. Every provider has been professional and respectful. We usually see Jen and absolutely love her!! Every time we come to urgent care and she’s here, I know we will get taken care of. Having sick kids is the worst and I always appreciate her empathy and compassion! We’ve also seen Jason and Dr. Suhnjay ( not sure if that is spelled correctly). Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She was happy to be there, so refreshing! Nurse was engaging and made my daughter feel comfortable. Doctor was amazing! Love this place!!!

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and was consistent with greeting others that way. She was helpful and knowledgeable even though it was not her home office. The wait time was less than expected, thank you. The doctors was friendly, professional and gave the assurance any parent is looking for when the bring their child to the doctor.
