Great experience. Minimal wait time from my scheduled check-in time. Lauren was very helpful and listened to my concerns. Great level of care.
Given the fact that we had to take my daughter to urgent care, we had a great experience at PM. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great with the kiddos, and the wait wasn’t nearly as bad as an ER.
It is a bit further away than my usual urgent care. I don’t know if I agree with the person recommendations—that saw my child.
Fast service, friendly, caring
Great location and we were seen right away. Some of the staff was not welcoming
I made a same-day appointment online, and they were able to see us pretty much right away when we arrived. The doctor took us seriously, answered all my questions patiently, and my 4 year old really liked her.
The doctor really took the time to listen to my concerns. Usually the doctors are always rushing and not really listening to what the patient is telling them. This was my first time there and the staff were just as great!
Total time when we were there was about 2 hours, but saw a medical stuff for only 5 mins at max .
Got my child in to see the doctor quickly even though they were short on staff, very friendly and knowledgeable.
