Online booking was a breeze and they kept that time without delay. The waiting room maybe had 3 families at the time, so if it’s busier, it might be different. However, they were quick, but took the time to answer questions and get information.

The doctor was great. But the young man at the front desk was so cold and rude it was shocking. He was rude to everyone who came in, myself included, he couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions or just have anything remotely resembling a warm demeanor. The doctor told me to ask him about 24 hour pharmacies- you would have thought I asked to borrow money or something the attitude I received.
