The doctor was great. But the young man at the front desk was so cold and rude it was shocking. He was rude to everyone who came in, myself included, he couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions or just have anything remotely resembling a warm demeanor. The doctor told me to ask him about 24 hour pharmacies- you would have thought I asked to borrow money or something the attitude I received. Given the fact that we had to take my daughter to urgent care, we had a great experience at PM. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great with the kiddos, and the wait wasn’t nearly as bad as an ER.
