PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injurie... read more

Your nurse was rude to me and rough with my child. Your diagnosis was completely wrong and the visit was a waste of time.
We went here to get my daughter checked for her rashes. Front desk was very friendly but the person who checked my daughter, i don’t know if she was a doctor or nurse. I forgot her name but She wasn’t very helpful. It feels like she was in a hurry. She just touched my daughters neck, didn’t even look at it or examine it that much and didn’t even explain well on why she thinks that my daughter’s rashes was fungal and not a heat rash. She prescribed medication right away and said we are all good. I have questions but i didn’t... read more
Their email doesn’t work. I needed info regarding my baby’s last visit and sent an email, it bounced back.
Unpleasant staff members. The provider that came in did not listen and dismissed my concerns. The provider also seemed in a rush and careless about my feelings. I was very clear about my chief compliant and reason for visit, but the provider tried to make decisions for me and I had to advocate and be assertive to get what I came for. Horrible care and experience.
The care was minimal, quick and left us with questions. The test results are still not in after 24 hrs and after calling found out that they won't be available for 72 hrs. This does not make much sense should a child need treatment within the first 48-72 hrs. I don't see how that timeline aligns with "Urgent Care". We were also not told any specifics about when to expect results, what to do if they were positive, what to do in the interim with school and being around others. I should have waited to see the PP rather than tak... read more
No knowledge of medicine is present here and you are better off consulting your neighbours
I have been to the PM pediatrics clinic in Pasadena 3 times. The first 2 times were great. This time was horrible. The front staff has always been wonderful including this time. The NP who saw my daughter yesterday was terrible. It felt like she was rushing through the appointment. She handled my 14 month old daughter very roughly and forcefully. My daughter is already scared of doctors offices after getting vaccines, and so she cries and screams, however normally nurses and doctors are very patient and warm with her. They g... read more
As a concerned parent, I wanted to let you know about an unpleasant experience we had on 08/20 at the Pasadena location. It seemed like there might be some issues with inappropriate behavior there, and I think it’s important to address this to ensure a better experience for other kids. I might have misunderstood what happened, so I’m open to discussing this further. Please give me a call at 915-731-4713 when you have a moment.
