I’ve been to this pediatric office before and never had an experience this terrible. During my most recent visit, while my 4-year-old was in severe pain, the receptionist, Mandy, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As I tried to calmly explain our situation, she rolled her eyes, cut me off mid-sentence, and turned to the next person, even apologizing to them as if I was being unreasonable. Front admin person was rude and didn’t seem like she liked her job at all. It’s the last type of person you want to be greeted by when you’re bringing in a sick child. Went in Thursday night June 5th.

Your nurse was rude to me and rough with my child. Your diagnosis was completely wrong and the visit was a waste of time.

We went here to get my daughter checked for her rashes. Front desk was very friendly but the person who checked my daughter, i don’t know if she was a doctor or nurse. I forgot her name but She wasn’t very helpful. It feels like she was in a hurry. She just touched my daughters neck, didn’t even look at it or examine it that much and didn’t even explain well on why she thinks that my daughter’s rashes was fungal and not a heat rash. Their email doesn’t work. I needed info regarding my baby’s last visit and sent an email, it bounced back.
