The initial contact with the receptionist set a less-than-welcoming tone for parents already burdened with the stress of their children's illnesses. Besides that, the doctors and the nurses were caring and sensitive to both children and parents on this visit.

Great experience under the circumstances. My son was having an allergic reaction. The PM Pediatrics team worked quickly and calmly to support my son and I through the crisis. The team was warm and supportive and asked many questions to get an accurate picture of what was going on and how they needed to move forward with his care. We have used this location of PM Pediatrics for 14 years with both children.
