Absolutely great service. I was treated with kindness and respect. The visit was swift from the moment we walked in until we walked out. This urgent care is a life saver because going to the ER is too stressful. We walked in at 824pm and walked out at 9pm.

Quick and seamless check-in process. Staff was very welcoming and professional. Doctor was also great, worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I was able to receive prescription before pharmacy closed, so there was no delay in treatment.

The initial contact with the receptionist set a less-than-welcoming tone for parents already burdened with the stress of their children's illnesses. Besides that, the doctors and the nurses were caring and sensitive to both children and parents on this visit.
