Dr. Ann was really great. We had a feeling what was wrong with my son and she confirmed it, but did so in a really kind way, explaining to him what he could expect, etc. Since my son is almost 12, I think he appreciated being spoken to as an older kid. It was my first time meeting with Dr. Ann at PM Pediatrics, but I would recommend her to everyone. She was wonderful.

Making an appointment online was a seamless process, then when I arrived it was just as seamless checking in and getting seen. The staff were so friendly and amazing, we were in and out within half hour including having an x-ray done. The Dr and nurses made my daughter feel at ease and explained everything. PM pediatrics has been my go-to urgent care for some time now and I don't think that will change. Thank you for your consistency in good care and impeccable customer service.
Always had good experience from this clinic. Never had to wait too long! Go to place for all ailments especially when primary doctor’s office is closed.
Front desk staff was quite rude and unfriendly. However once inside both the physician’s assistant and the Physician herself were very friendly and helpful.
Last night we had an appointment for my daughter who was sent home from school earlier in the day. When we checked in, they let us know there was an emergency a few moment before we arrived and EMS was needed. They explained even with our appointment we would be waiting longer than normal. I appreciated the honesty and upfront concern the staff showed the incoming patients.
