Lanced and drained spec needs daughter's infected thumb: = didn't sufficiently numb, causing terrific pain for her = provided no documentation on notes, prescriptions, discharge instructions, = 10 hrs later conditioned worsened so her regular Dr directed to "go to the ER within the hour!" = ER considered admitting her tho ultimately chose to treat her on outpatient basis = when i contacted pm pediatrics for documentation so she could be given antibiotics (Rx'd by them) by school nurse and other nurse-caretaker, PMP provided ... read more

The bedside manner for the nurse and doctor were awesome. You front receptionist not so much. Out of all my years going to this place I have never encountered such a rude unhelpful person. As far as check in goes on the phone the site kept giving me issues because apparently I couldn't click on returning customer. Also once I clicked new patient I couldn't skip the ethnicity part which I'm not sure why it's important when I'm trying to get my child checked in.

The physician was receptive to our concerns and spoke to us with empathy and understanding. We were seen very quickly near their closing time. Our child received the medication that was needed and began feeling better quickly.
