We have had many great experiences at PM Pediatrics in Cary (& with their telehealth option too). The facility is always clean. The staff are nice and helpful. When we’ve visited, the wait times have not been long. The docs & nurses take good care of my daughter. It’s easier & quicker to be seen here than at her primary pediatrician’s office, so we keep coming back.

Everyone was kind and check-in was simple. The waiting room was empty when we arrived and it took so long waiting in the back room. Staff was laughing and playing instead of updating us. This was an extremely long visit, but nevertheless everyone was kind and compassionate.

We have visited this location with both of our kids and have always been impressed with the staff. The most recent visit we saw Dr. David Adams and couldn’t have been more impressed. His bedside manner was fantastic and he was fabulous with our 2 year old. Despite them being totally slammed with a 2.5 hour wait, we never felt rushed in the exam room and he was patient and thorough. I recently took my baby for the first time to PM Pediatric WakeMed Children's Urgent Care, it was a welcoming experience, all the staff were very friendly, although I have the language barrier they provided an interpreter in Spanish. I thank you for the loving attention to my baby.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I made an appointment, got in before my appointment no wait and was out a little after my actually time. Nurses were nice and the doctor made me feel comfortable and confident my son would be better soon. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon but if my kids need to go to urgent care we will definitely be back.
