The staff was very compassionate and proactive about our scary situation that resulted in our 6 month old leaving via ambulance. They were very thorough and informative and helped make a tough situation more bearable.

We didn’t experience a long wait in the waiting area or after we were waiting to see the Dr. Very attentive and answered all questions I had. We had a pleasant experience with the exception that we were at an urgent care facility. 😁

We have had many great experiences at PM Pediatrics in Cary (& with their telehealth option too). The facility is always clean. The staff are nice and helpful. When we’ve visited, the wait times have not been long. The docs & nurses take good care of my daughter. It’s easier & quicker to be seen here than at her primary pediatrician’s office, so we keep coming back.
