Cleaner install was easy and it does a great job. It does get hung up in one spot though. The angle of the steps and the spa create a perfect "parking" spot for it until the backup device kicks in..

The Polaris 360 does a great job on the bottom of the pool. It does not cover the sides very well. It will absolutely not go up the steps. All in all, it will serve its purpose. I will keep utilizing it. Our worn out Ray Vac was so much better. Thanks, Rob Taylor

I purchased this and placed it into service about a month ago. For the most part, my new Polaris 360 works great at cleaning debris from our pool floor. My only complaint is that, on several occasions, the tail has been sucked into the cleaner. In 10+ years, my previous Polaris cleaner had fewer similar situations than this.

To increase or decrease sweeping motion: 1. Turn the filtration pump OFF. 2. Turn the adjustment screw on the feed pipe counterclockwise to increase sweep hose motion.
