My pool guy told me not to get the warranty bcuz this product is amazing and he’s never had problems with it. Boy was that a mistake. We had a cold winter with lots of crazy weather and my sweeper’s plastic cracked after 6months. I’m using it still bcuz it was a large purchase for me and I can’t afford a new one. 5.0 out of 5 stars ITS GREAT! We bought this new one when the wheels on our old one froze up. Apparently we needed a new one alot sooner because as of now, this one does a much better job keeping our pool clean than our old one. I reccomend buying this. Also it arrived sooner than expected which was a plus.
Poor quality and customer support I purchased the 360 in March of 2023. The backup valve is broken less than 3 months later. Unfortunately I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone on their customer support line and emails have gone unanswered. I would not recommend this product. Update - After 3 days of calling I was able to get a return call from customer support. They are sending a replacement part.

Suction Wish it worked better
Pool cleaner We did not open our pool last year due to health issues, so when we opened it this year it was a mess. We cleaned as much as we could but we knew we needed more help than we could give, so we bought the 360 Polaris. We have named him Oscar. Everyone needs an Oscar. It reached places we couldn’t & cleaned more thoroughly than we did. So we just keep it hooked up & turn Oscar on daily. If you have a pool, get one.
Not great Does not pick up leaves
Great for uncovered pools exposed to leaves and other debris. Our existing Hayward suction side cleaner inlet was constantly plugging with leaves. Our previous very positive experience with a Polaris pressure sider cleaner at a previous home years ago prompted us to purchase the Polaris 360. It was easy to install and only required repiping the cleaner supply pipe from the suction to the discharge side at our existing pool pump.
