have been using the pool cleaner for a month now, and it is very easy to use , and does a great job on the pool bottom and also the walls. have an in ground pool and would suggest anyone use this product, it works great
Cleans great. Cord often gets tangled and inhibits cleaning.

Here are some suggestions to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory. 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across the pool water for even distribution instead of dropping the cable in a lump in one spot. Works well. No issues (yet). Hoping it lasts longer than previous Polaris vacuums we had in the past.
