Have found the Polaris very good in keeping our pool clean during pool season. Have also found the online support system very helpful and very prompt with answers to our queries
The set up and operating instructions were easy to follow and the results were excellent. Simple to clean and store. Great time saver.

have been using the pool cleaner for a month now, and it is very easy to use , and does a great job on the pool bottom and also the walls. have an in ground pool and would suggest anyone use this product, it works great
Cleans great. Cord often gets tangled and inhibits cleaning.

Here are some suggestions to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory. 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across the pool water for even distribution instead of dropping the cable in a lump in one spot. Works well. No issues (yet). Hoping it lasts longer than previous Polaris vacuums we had in the past.

It does a great job on bottom and side walls, but it does not climb the steps the way my old one did. Also, it id so heavy and cumbersome to get out of the water. I feel like I should be King Kong to manage it.
Works well to about 90% clean. Still need to use my small vac to pick up the stuff left behind. All and all pretty satisfied.
