About this business
I’m NOT happy with my new Alpha IQ+. It does NOT clean the walls well, nor the waterline. Also, it’s “mapping” of the pool floor seems incomplete. Overall, it’s seems anything other than “robotic”. I have to supplement its cleaning cycle, by having to brush most of the side walls and waterline…not to mention the effort to insert and retrieve the cleaner into/from the pool and deal with uncoiling/ coiling the cord. It’s much more work than using my older Polaris 280 pressure side cleaner.

Nice unit. Easy to use. Like long cord. Struggles to get in corners, but appears to pick everything up. Hopeful it lasts a few years at least wo issues.
