My Polaris robot is amazing! So easy to use that my 10-year old daughter knows how to get it out of the water in order to clean out the debris the robot collects. It is very easy to set up and it does an outstanding job keep the bottom of the pool clean. Its so good that I have not even opened the package for my hose to my vacuum with the long pole that attaches to the filter.

I’m constantly losing Wi-Fi connection on the system. My modem is in view and 30’ away of the system. If I unplug it, wait a few second and plug it back in, the system is connected to the Wi-Fi for a while. Ill repeat the process each time I empty the container or when I untangle the cord, which Is on a daily basis.

we had to replace a 3 yr old Polaris so I was not thrilled. So far all is good and working like a charm.

Love Love Love our "Alf" yes we named it. So glad i was able to talk the husband into getting one this year, he finally was too after using him twice!!! Saved on time and the pool hasn't been cleaner!

It is okay because it does not clean the sides and ledges of the pool. It does an excellent job on the bottom.

If a robotic cleaner isn’t climbing well, the main culprit is usually a clogged debris canister. Besides doing a very good job of cleaning the pool, it is the only unit that I found that can successfully go over the main drain of a pool without getting stuck. Highly recommend this unit.
