The device is good. Find it bx annoying to have to remove it from the pool do often. The cart that comes with it is very cheap.

The Polaris Alpha IQ is a phenomenal vacuum. Pool is crystal clear with no dirt or debris to be seen! Customer service went above and beyond to address my issue with a previous vacuum and provided me with this incredible replacement! Thank you!

Flawless experience, just the instructions could be better indicated for pairing. It should indicate to choose cleaning robot before chowing the model as there are other devices as well. Was trying to find Alpha IQ at first by following the instructions and it was not there until I chose category of cleaning robot… But for the reste this bot works great

I love these robots. My first one last 6 years. My second one only lasted 3 years . Sure hope this one last at least 5. I am running out of money🙃

My Alpha IQ does a thorough job. It cleans every inch of the pool. Easy to clean the basket. I find the display panel's digital count down hard to read. Fortunately I can use my phone- which is an excellent feature. I love the lift feature. Looking forward to perfecting my skills.
