Good unit. Wi-Fi controls are intermittent. Lift option when taking unit out does not always got to its origin.. surface option not always helpful

The robot it self is okay. Does not climb all the way to the waterline and is mediocre at picking up granular, also always shows full when it’s not

Excellent, I have been using the Polaris Alpha iQ for a few months and it works very well. It helps get the sand out the pool and my pool has never been cleaner consistently. It scrubs the wall, the app tells me when I need to empty the basket. It's very easy to use and the feature to make it come to you get it out the pool is great. The robot doesn't work to great on the stairs but if you remote control it you can get the stairs fine. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Polaris ALPHA iQ is much better than our old Polaris pool vacuum. With 4-wheel drive, the ALPHA iQ never gets stuck on steps, which saves us from having to periodically restart the vacuum to ensure the entire pool floor is cleaned. The control panel provides desired functionality and is intuitive. I have only two complaints. First, the stand for the vacuum is manufactured from cheap, light-weight materials. Here are some suggestions to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory. 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across the pool water for even distribution instead of dropping the cable in a lump in one spot. Live it. It’s really a 5 star item, but our pool has a tanning ledge and the Polaris has a hard time running on it because the water is only 12” deep. Other than that this thing is the Roomba of pool sweepers. Love it & don’t have to worry about a booster pump wearing out.
