It seems to work well but several times it does not go all the way to the top if the pool. It falls back.

Thank you for your review, Richard. If your robot isn't climbing well or doesn't seem to be ingesting large debris, the main culprit is usually a clogged debris canister. We suggest carefully rinsing the canister after every cycle and periodically using mild soap and a soft brush to dislodge any microscopic debris that may be impeding flow. The Polaris ALPHA iQ cleans pretty well. I have a kidney-shaped pool and it seems that it isn't able to get the edges along the bottom of the pool where it meets the sides. There tends to be build-up in areas. Otherwise, using it saves me the time and effort to be cleaning the pool and I do appreciate what it does.

A great machine. Gets all corners of the pool and does not get hung up on the bottom drains.

Efficient, easy to clean basket and app controls are good for 99% of needs. The vacuum is good but not as strong as the Prowler. I am happy with the unit.
