I was just amazed! How easy it was to operate And the fantastic job it did cleaning my pool. My pool has never looked this good. Still in awe how great of a product this really is. It will save me alot of time and aggravation from trying to do it my self. I could never vacumn as good as this does. So Happy. !! Thanks so much!

The Polaris does a nice job of cleaning my pool, but struggles a bit with the corners and steps which is probably to be expected. The remote access through my iPhone is also very helpful. It’s easy to operate and clean the filter. So far no problems. While I didn’t shop around, the unit seemed a little pricey when buying from the dealer which charged $200 over the suggested retail price, even with the rebate (which I still have not received). The warranty is supposed to last two years which is great. I hope I never have to ... read more

The unit works as advertised and i am sure an in ground pool would be perfect. However I am using it in an above ground pool and the circulation current is just strong enough to force the unit to slide along the bottom and have extreme difficulty climbing the walls. So much so that I discontinued the wall feature. Yes I have ensured all air is out of the unit. It needs to be about 5 to 10 pounds heavier to compensate for pool circulation current. Otherwise the cleaner works fine.
