It takes about 5 runs of Polaris IQ to do what my old robot vaccuume could do jn 1 run.

We loved it for 3 years but then it totally stopped working :(. It was fabulous until it died and for that price it should have lasted longer than 3 years

I purchased  the Alpha IQ June 4th 2021 the sales rep convinced me that’s the proper cleaner for my needs I was very happy with its performance until few days ago when suddenly it started going in circles and would stop running with an error code 5 I looked into the code 5 it says motor issues we are in Toronto Canada these cleaners are used seldomly due our short summers why do they offer 3year warranty if it’s not used during our long winters I’m out of warranty by a month what a disappointment i don’t know if I should buy... read more

Doesn’t do a great job, run for double time and leaves dirt and debris. Especially poor at full width steps and sunning areas as well as side ledges and underwater seating. Not well suited for my Latham pool. Poor choice by my PB. Not satisfied at all with the performance. I have to sweep down everything by hand then it still misses it. 3 hr to do a poor job on 14 x 30. Slick design, crappy performance.

We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. Random leaf vac. Will not clean anything but a rectangular pool. I bought this overpriced hunk of crap because my neighbor had one for his 18x36 pool. I talked to the owner of local pool store and was assured that this would work great on my lagoon shaped pool. Paid the ridiculous price for it and followed directions on set up precisely. The cleaner does not pick fine dirt up and does clean the pool as I would have expected. Very disappointed in the vaccum. I had a 9450 model and was very satisfied with its performance. I am going to try to get this one working again since I totally loved it and how it cleaned.

It’s not cleaning the area where sides meet floor of the pool. I have had to run it twice and still doesn’t get the areas clean.

Paid close 1,600 for this robot , used twice and broke. The robot has been at the shop for over 2 weeks waiting for parts. Total garbage
