I actually love the cleaner. It’s my second. BUT, the only reason I purchased a new one is because I kept getting an error code 10 on the older cleaner. Unfortunately, I’ve had my new cleaner only 5 months and am dealing with the same problem! So frustrating. I do love it when it’s working.

It’s a great cleaner but the Wifi is very frustrating. About half the time it won’t connect and when I delete it and retry it still won’t. It’s not my wifi. None of my other items have this issue.

Old 9540 seamed to pickup leaves better. Smart feature like duration still left debris in pool.

It would not pick up sand from the bottom of my pool.

You may want to try the R0517800 Fine Filter Canister or the R0535800 Ultra Fine Sand/Silt Canister to help corral that sand. These are available where ever you purchase Polaris products.
