It cleans the bottom of the pool exceptionally well. However, we have a built in seat that goes halfway round the pool. It doesn’t seem to clean that very well at all along with the steps down into the pool.

Almost every week it has trouble due to the shallow sun shelf. It shuts off standing on end at the steps and one time it turtled. I want foor and walls so this is a problem.

This thing works great. Our pool hasn't been cleaner. The cord to the cleaner can be a bit like wrestling a boa constrictor to wrap up.
Love the design of the new basket and carrier for the robot. So convenient and the robot does a great job cleaning the walls and floor.

Love our Polaris Epic robot. After much research, we settled on this robot because of the good reputation and positive reviews. We considered other brands but the reviews were not as good. Performance, reliability and ease of use are most important to me. Love that I can control the Polaris with my phone app. Also recalling it to the surface is a great feature.
