Polaris FREEDOM
This system works great! We use it weekly and it runs and climbs walls leaving a clean streak its path. Just set it in the water and it’s on its way! Being cordless is an amazing feature and it’s super easy to set on the base and recharge when it’s done. Would totally recommend to others!

Love this cleaner. The wifi could use some work but the cleaner alone is amazing! It picks up stuff on the bottom that I can't even see!

I was really surprised how easy it was to break the wheel of the unit. And it took a whole week to get it back. I don’t know if this machine will hold up for as long as it should for the amount of money it cost to purchase, but at least I didn’t have to pay for the repair.
Robot needs more suction to pick up dirt, the app is useless, terrible. Wish the robot could sense dirty areas, not worth 1200 dollars!

Unfortunately, the directions for setup were incorrect and caused me to return the first unit. As it turned out, I simple had to hold on to the button when connecting with the local wifi rather than releasing after the light started flashing.

I love that this pool cleaner is cordless—it makes it very convenient to use. However, there are two things to consider before purchasing: 1. The unit must be completely dry before recharging, so you can’t simply pull it out of the pool and plug it in right away. 2. Be prepared to retrieve it from the pool every day. Since it’s cordless, you’ll likely need to “fish” it out regularly for charging and storage. Have a Polaris Freedom for 2 years that I used sporadically since I have a pool company doing the maintenance, now the vacuum is not taking charge anymore and the warranty is only for 2 years so it is not cover anymore. I called manufactured and no helped at all, so I took it to Point of sale and they charge me $75 for diagnostic and now they want $850 estimate to replace the battery. I paid close to $1800 for a piece of equipment that is not worth. Customer service with the manufacturer is terrible

I bought this unit to replace a corded Polaris that I had for 5 years and stopped working. This unit does not clean nearly as well as the corded unit. Run time is two hours and you only get one run off one charge. It does not do my steps or the swim out. It does not clean the water line. Would not recommend.
