Works very well and cleans better than our old Polaris “sweeper”. Only issue is the cord needs to be laid out straight for a day or two before you run it the first time as it has a lot of “coil” in it’s memory and gets tangled. Second time we used it the could easily mostly out.

We have really enjoyed not having to clean our pool manually. At first, we didn’t have any issues. However, the filter keeps popping out of the vacuum when it’s in the deep end of the pool.

My pool is surrounded by many large trees, which is nice for shade. However, it is not nice for debris falling into the pool. Since I've bought the Polaris keeping my pool clean has been easy. The vaccum is a beast. It climbs my walls no problem . Super easy to handle as well. Definitely recommend the product

Works well with a noticeable improvement in pool wall and floor quality. It can pick up sand and ‘tree debris’ from the pool. It’s easy to operate and seems robust. It’s never got stuck. It’s hard to discern a pattern to its actions and three uses a week still leaves ‘stripes’ uncleared.

Replaced my one year old “creeper crawler” that stopped working, with a Polaris. Much better product.

Pool cleaner seems aimless and only covers 60-80 % of the pool every session. If I use the floor/wall setting it gets about 50%. Where it goes, it cleans, but it misses Way too much surface to be acceptable. I end up dragging out the manual pool vacuum equipment to finish.

Works great, but i was told when i bought it that had a weekly timer. It does however do a great job.
