I am blown away by the 825's ability to scale walls and steps and of course its overall thoroughness with cleaning. Also, it is easy to dispose of the debris it captures. I very highly recommend the 825.

Had old polaris and hated to clean the bag. Having the permanent filter is great. Very lightweight carrier but sometimes a little too light. Old Polaris had ability to change course of cleaning path by switching handle. Seems to go in same path but have only had it two weeks so hopefully will work itself out. All in all love it!

The price is steep, but this is the best of the best and high quality product. We have a kidney bean shaped pool and this thing does wonderful, even cleans the first two steps with no issues. Well worth the price to easily keep your pool clean with little effort.

Love my new P825. I have a 30.000 G. pool and it cleans it very well. Easy to empty and use. got it from Leslie's in Prosper TX. always super friendly and great customer service.

This cleaner worked fine for the first few times we used it, but now it gets stuck climbing the wall in one place and never leaves that spot, even when it’s in floor only mode. It won’t reverse directions and I can’t find any troubleshooting guide that will help us figure out how to get it go in the opposite direction and not just up the wall and fall back to the bottom only to go back up the wall in the same spot over and over. It works great if it would only reverse itself.
